About the person
Maria Gabriel lives and works in Vorarlberg. After numerous courses at home and abroad, she also completed her training as a multi. med. art therapist. Inspiring painting trips have taken her to Africa, Italy and the Philippines. Her paintings have been exhibited nationally and internationally at trade fairs, galleries, companies and institutions, including Hus 8 in Lech am Arlberg, the Mag. Montreux Art Gallery, Arts 19 in Paris, the Vienna University of Technology, Galerie B&K St. Gallen, Intergastra in Stuttgart and many more. Maria Gabriel gives painting courses in Germany, Austria and Italy. Maria Gabriel's works are characterized by great emotional power, a wealth of motifs and painting techniques and expressive colors. She is inspired by landscapes, scenes from everyday life, people with strong character faces, which are also hinted at in her abstract paintings.
