What do you learn in the course?
In our painting course, we work exclusively with acrylic paints on canvas. There is no set theme - each participant paints whatever their heart desires. I will guide you through various techniques and introduce you to my own pouring technique, which creates particularly fascinating effects. Whether you are interested in realistic depictions or abstract art, I will support you in realizing your ideas.

The course is suitable for both beginners and advanced students. I will cater to your individual level and help you to advance your artistic development.

Around the hotel
The hotel where we are staying is located directly on the lake and offers direct access to the water - perfect for a refreshing dip in the lake.
Just a five-minute drive (or 30-minute walk) away is the charming town of Luino, known for its traditional Italian weekly market, which takes place every Wednesday. Another nearby highlight is the island of Isola Bella, which can be reached by boat.

If you are a nature lover, it is also worth taking a trip to the famous Giardini Botanici di Villa Taranto in Verbania, which you can easily reach by boat or car. If the weather is bad, the art museum in Varese offers a wonderful alternative.

How do you get around on site?
You can get around on foot, by car or by boat. The walk to Luino takes around 30 minutes, and for longer excursions you can take the car. However, one of the best ways to explore the surrounding area is by boat - whether to the Borromean Islands or along the shores of Lake Maggiore.

For those who want to go jogging, there are beautiful paths right along the lake that take you right into the heart of nature.
