A Special Week of Painting in the Heart of Merano

Look forward to creative painting days, relaxation, and special encounters at the beautiful 5-star Hotel Mignon Meran Park & Spa. Nestled in a 10,000 m² park filled with palm trees and ancient cedars, yet just a five-minute walk from Merano’s Old Town, the hotel offers a truly special setting for our week of painting together.

Here, Mediterranean charm meets the impressive South Tyrolean mountains. The spacious grounds, the stylish ambiance, and the warm atmosphere of the hotel create a place where you can truly unwind and enjoy every moment of your stay.

Painting Class In this painting class, we paint exclusively with acrylics on canvas. There is no set theme; each participant is free to paint whatever their heart desires.
I’ll introduce you to a variety of techniques, including my own “Pour Art” technique—an evolution of the pouring technique that produces fascinating effects. Whether you’re interested in realistic depictions or abstract art, I’ll help you bring your ideas to life.
The course is designed for both beginners and advanced students; I meet each participant where they are and encourage individual growth.

Schedule You can look forward to a total of 20 hours of painting together.

On the day of arrival, we’ll meet around noon for drinks and then paint from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
On the following days, we’ll paint from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
On Friday, we’ll clean up together after painting. In the evening, we’ll meet again for dinner at the hotel and bring the painting week to a leisurely close.
On Saturday, after breakfast, everyone will head home at their own pace.

After painting together, there’s plenty of time for yourself. The 2,000 m² Park Spa, featuring indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the rooftop terrace with a bio-sauna and hot tub, are perfect for relaxing. You can also stroll through Merano, explore the surrounding area, or join others from our painting group for activities.

We can also look forward to something special on the culinary front: As part of the half-board plan, we’ll enjoy the hotel’s outstanding cuisine, featuring a daily gourmet menu that offers a modern take on South Tyrolean traditions.

Overnight stays are arranged directly at the Hotel Mignon Meran Park & Spa.
Room reservations and payment for accommodations and meals are handled directly through the hotel.
Check-in is normally from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
