At Alpenresort Schwarz, you can enjoy the 5,500 m² spa, which is dedicated to health and well-being. A sauna village and a water world await you, inviting you to relax and regenerate. From a sumptuous breakfast to an exquisite dinner, your culinary wishes will be fulfilled. Enjoy your active vacation days on the magnificent Mieminger Plateau with the opportunity to combine them with your passion for painting.
In the painting course, participants paint exclusively with acrylic paints on canvas. There is no set theme; each participant is free to paint whatever their heart desires. I will introduce you to a variety of techniques, including my own pouring technique, which produces fascinating effects.
Whether you are interested in realistic representations or abstract art, I will help you realize your ideas.
The course is aimed at beginners and advanced students alike; I meet each participant where they are at and encourage individual growth.
We arrive on Sunday and use the day to get to know each other and arrive at the hotel.
From Monday, we will devote ourselves to painting in the morning, while you have free time in the afternoon. Discover the inspiring natural scenery, which promises incomparable experiences in both summer and winter. Whether golfing right on the doorstep, hiking or biking - here you will find activities for all generations.
On Thursday, we use the morning to finalize our artwork and say goodbye.

We spent a wonderfully inspiring time in a picturesque location. Maria responded with great empathy to the individual needs of each participant. With a lot of patience, she helped me to immortalize my personal works of art on the canvas. They were great painting days in the Kaunertal. The feeling of happiness stayed with me for a long time in my everyday working life. Everything was just right: a great and very competent course instructor, a small painting group, enough space to paint, beautiful autumn weather, unique accommodation with a warm and open host and authentic cuisine of a high standard. The painting courses in Maria's studio in Nenzing or on painting days, e.g. near Venice, are characterized by Maria's high level of pedagogical competence and her importance as an artist. This year was the first time I, a beginner painter, went on a painting trip to Italy with Maria and it was simply wonderful! She chooses very special places for her courses, takes a lot of time for the participants and is an inspiring and talented teacher. The atmosphere in our course was just great and everyone, from beginners to professionals, was able to develop and take home some great pictures. I will definitely be back again.
