Painting trips/Exclusive painting days in the studio

Painting weekend: Exclusive painting days in the art studio

What you can expect

Location
My studio, decorated in a traditional Tuscan style, offers the ideal setting for creative and inspiring days of painting. The relaxed atmosphere invites you to paint, linger, and share ideas, creating space for new encounters.

Course content
In the painting course, you will paint exclusively with acrylic paints on canvas. There is no set theme; each participant is free to paint whatever their heart desires. I will introduce you to a variety of techniques, including my own pour art technique, a further development of the pour technique, which produces fascinating effects. Whether you are interested in realistic representations or abstract art, I will help you to realize your ideas.
The course is aimed at beginners and advanced students alike; I meet each participant where they are at and encourage individual growth.

I am also happy to tell you how my very own essence was created through my decades of involvement with painting, countless painting courses, painting trips, interesting encounters and exciting experiments.

Schedule The first day is all about relaxing, traveling here, and settling in. This gives you time to check into your room at your own pace and get in the right mindset for the upcoming days of painting.
At 5:30 p.m., we’ll all meet in my studio and start with some sparkling wine and appetizers as we get to know each other and chat. We’ll wind down the evening together until 7:30 p.m.
On the following days, we’ll paint daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The rest of the day is yours to enjoy as you please.

On the last day, we’ll use our shared meal to finish the paintings we’ve been working on and bring the painting days to a lovely close. Afterward, everyone will head home in a relaxed mood.

Accommodations
There are various accommodation options available.
We have arranged special rates for our participants at Gasthof Rössle in Nenzing—just two houses away from my studio—as well as at the Val Blu Resort, only a 15-minute drive away, and we’d be happy to handle the booking for you.
If you’d prefer to stay somewhere a bit more independent, you’ll also find great vacation rentals in Nenzing. We’re happy to help you choose and arrange the right accommodations here as well.

Activities The surrounding area offers plenty of ways to enjoy your free time, whatever takes your fancy. In the summer, the “Untere Aue” Nature Park invites you to swim in the natural lake, unwind, and relax. A hike to the “Hensler” snack bar is also a wonderful option when the weather is nice.
If you’d like to treat yourself to some wellness after painting, you can relax at the Val Blu Resort or Alpencamping Nenzing. Both offer a lovely spa and sauna area, which is also open for day or evening visits.

In winter, there are also wonderful snow hikes to enjoy in the surrounding area.

Register now and enjoy a few days of painting in my studio.
