I would like to give you an insight into the creative and organizational process behind my painting trips. My daughter and personal assistant Linda plays a central role in this - she is the organizational heart that ensures that every trip runs smoothly.
The search for the perfect place:
Before a painting trip can even take place, I search intensively for the ideal place - a space where you can leave all the ballast of everyday life behind. It's not about luxury, but about the feeling of arriving. When you arrive and realize that you've been able to leave everything that's weighing you down at home, then I know it's the right place. When choosing a place, I'm guided by the right criteria that allow you to fully engage in your creative development - regardless of the direction your art takes.
Organization and planning:
This is where Linda comes in. She takes care of all the administrative tasks that go on behind the scenes:
- Contact & communication: Linda receives all inquiries, sends confirmation emails, invoices and checks receipt of payment.
- Coordination: She sets up WhatsApp groups, distributes all important information and creates a detailed schedule for each week.
- Reservations & logistics: Whether restaurants or carpooling - Linda makes sure that everything is perfectly organized.
- On site & social media: During the painting trip, she is on site to clarify final organizational details and capture the best moments for our social media channels.
Follow-up and outlook:
At the end of each painting trip, we talk to those responsible for the property on site to determine all the details for the next painting week. Feedback is also exchanged. In this way, we are constantly learning and can continue to optimize our process. At the same time, Linda creates new content for social media so that you always have an up-to-date insight into our creative adventures.
This smooth process, in which every detail is carefully planned and coordinated, allows me to concentrate fully on my artistic work. I am proud of the fact that my painting trips not only set artistic highlights, but also set standards in terms of organization and service - and I owe this above all to my fantastic daughter Linda.
